“Anyone who has had a pool for a while will know that a really good pool tech is hard to find. My husband and I tried two other companies before finding Bruce and Mike, and after two months of service, we can’t imagine going with anyone else. The other companies we’ve tried simply aren’t in the same league.
When Bruce arrived for our initial consultation, our pool was an embarrassing mess. We have a high-maintenance pool that had incurable algae (or so we thought), very high levels of stabilizer, and a constant in-flux of pine needles from two tall trees next door. The previous two companies we hired had simply been unable to keep our pool clean or stable, and my husband was spending a lot of money and hours every weekend in frustration trying to manage it himself.
Bruce spent several hours that first day getting our pool and filter system back on track, and followed up the very next day with additional cleaning and adjustments. He explained — in simple terms and surprising clarity — what the problems were and how he would solve them. Within a few days our pool was crystal clear, and has remained so ever since. Both Bruce and Mike are extremely courteous and professional, and obviously take pride in their work. We don’t worry about our pool any more — we just enjoy it.
